ACRE Scores - 11th Graders - Taken February 2008

In February 2008, the 11th grade class took the NCEA ACRE test. The ACRE (Assessment of Catechesis and Religious Education) test is an assessment of religious education, proficiency, and practices given by the Owensboro Catholic Schools to students in grades 5, 8, and 11.
As the scores and graph illustrate, the students scored above the national average on all four pillars.
Part I: Profession of Faith (Creed)
OCHS = 84%
National = 74%
Part II: Celebration of Christian Mystery (Liturgy & Sacraments)
OCHS = 74%
National = 68%
Part III: Life in Christ (Morality)
OCHS = 68%
National = 63%
Part IV: Christian Prayer (Prayer)
OCHS = 75%
National = 67%
