OCS Student to Lead Christmas Parade

Matthew Caldwell, a fifth grade student, will be starting the Christmas Parade this year. Matthew was chosen for having the most AR points in the school.
The Christmas parade will be held on Saturday, November 22, in downtown Owensboro.
