LOOK WHAT’S HAPPENING AT THE 4-6 CAMPUS!

ocsMs. Hagan’s Language Arts class worked in small groups to build tools like the main character Karana, in Island of the Blue Dolphins. The students were only given a limited amount of time to create a unique tool using various items such as rubberbands, glue, a cup and a paper clip. The class also discussed how they could use these resources and made predictions about the tools Karana creates in the story.

“I assure you, as often as you did it for one of my least brothers, you did it for me.” (Matthew 25: 40) During Lent we demonstrated our faith in the Gospel by living God’s law of love. Our “loose change” drive will provide over $1100.00 to aid Connie, a young girl in Mandeville, Jamaica, in her quest for an education. WOW! Mr. Gary’s class was the top fundraiser. Congratulations to all students and families for living the Gospel.
