Everyone is invited to wear their “WHITE-OUT” shirt to the game. It will be awesome to look into the stands and see nothing but ACES White! What an incredible way to show our solidarity and support for Owensboro Catholic Aces Football team. T-shirt order forms are available on OCS website or in the school office. Pre-order before September 3, 2008.

ocsWhat a Great Beginning
Thanks to so many people who pitched in to make our school so welcoming for us this school year. Many classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, and the gym received a fresh coat of paint. Several classrooms and hallways have new floor tiles, new ceiling tiles, and lights. The gym has new wall mats and graphic paintings.

We appreciate the many volunteers who helped move desks, chairs, books, etc. out of rooms and then back into rooms. We all enjoyed the donuts provided by the PTO at the “Meet Your Teacher” Breakfast. The faculty went the extra mile to decorate the classrooms so attractively. There are a number of new computers, also. We have all noticed and appreciate the new PA system. Be sure to drop by to see the many great things that happened in our building this summer.

ocsPTO Tailgate Party
There will be a planning meeting for the PTO Tailgate Party at 6 PM on August 27, Wednesday, at Panera Bread. Please call Debra James 683-7101 if you are interested in helping with the event or if you have any questions. More details of this fun tailgate party at a later date.

ocsLOOK WHAT’S HAPPENING AT THE 4-6 CAMPUS
