Bluegrass in the Schools

OCES 4-6 Campus took advantage of the Bluegrass in the Schools Program during the first week of January. Mr. Randy Lanham was the guest artist from the International Bluegrass Museum here in Owensboro.

Students were introduced to the guitar with instructions from Mr. Lanham. He also reviewed facts about Bluegrass Music.

A Bluegrass Concert by Valerie Smith and Liberty Pike was performed for the students on January 14th.
