Conserve Energy

Mike Lewis and Steve Bittel from ATMOS Energy visited Mrs. Castlen’s 4th grade Social Studies classes. The students learned about ways to conserve energy in their homes. They also learned that one can’t see or smell natural gas. For safety reasons a chemical is added to give the gas an odor. The students were able to smell what this odor is like.
