Elementary K-3 Campus Newsletter
December 12, 2008
Today is the Feast Day of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Ask your children to tell you the story of St. Juan Diego and the miracle of Guadalupe! All students were given a special Holy Card today!
The K-3/4-6 Campus Christmas Production will be here soon! Attached to this newsletter was the Program for the evening. We will NOT pass out Programs at the Riverpark, so you might want to keep this one you’re your child’s Memory Book.
On the evening of the show, students need to be at the Riverpark no earlier than 5:30. Parents should take their child to the Experimental Theatre and then go ahead into the Auditorium. Teachers will supervise students until after the show.
Students must be picked up by a parent after the show. Students in 1st-3rd Grade will be in Woodwards and Kindergarten students will be in The Founders Room. We will explain the pick up procedure at the end of the show.
Also attached to this newsletter you will find the PTO minutes from the last meeting. A PTO officer will speak briefly before the Christmas Program to inform parents about upcoming events and what the PTO has been doing for our schools.
Thank you for the donations for our Advent Project as the children “Build a Bed for Baby Jesus” and earn money for Birthright. As of today we have raised over $700 to give to Birthright! Fantastic!!
Congratulations to Spencer Osborne and Mary Katherine Gough for reaching the 50 Point Club in Accelerated Reader Points.
Thank you to Garrison Danzer and Mrs. Linda Todd for the Holy Card Donations.
