Special Programs
Below is a list of various programs available to students through various organizations, colleges and universities. Please contact the Guidance Department if you have any questions.
Seniors: Kentucky Professional Education Preparation Program (PEPP) for graduating seniors interested in the fields of Medicine and Dentistry. This program will take place on the UK campus from June 16th to July 14th and the deadline to apply is March 3rd, 2010. Students from medically underserved counties will have the opportunity to live in university residence halls while participating in activities at the UK Chandler Medical Center, the UK Hospital, UK College of Medicine and UK College of Dentistry. Health-related seminars, Chemistry and Biology coursework and hospital rotations will be involved. For more information contact the program organizer, Carol Leslie, at (859)-257-1968.
