The Owensboro Youth Council is sponosred by the Owensboro Parks & Recreation and the City of Owensboro.

Ben Helms serves as the Youth Council Mayor

Jessica Aull serves as the Youth Council Vice-Mayor

Kelsey Cash serves as the Youth Council Secretary
